Question 1

What is fractional delivery leadership?

Accepted Answer

An experienced delivery leader embedded part-time in your business to build and run the delivery function, including planning, resourcing, reporting and governance, without a permanent senior hire. Typically 3 to 12 months, then handed over to your team.

Question 2

What is managed delivery?

Accepted Answer

Gold runs your delivery function end to end under your brand, for a management fee, with delivery resource added only when projects need it. Live in around two weeks.

Question 3

How much does it cost?

Accepted Answer

A standalone Discovery is typically £5k to £15k, agreed up front. Fractional and managed engagements are scoped to the problem rather than sold off a rate card.

Question 4

How does Discovery work?

Accepted Answer

A focused look at how work actually moves through your business, who is involved and where it stalls. You leave with clear recommendations and a 90-day plan, useful even if you go no further.

Question 5

Who do you work with?

Accepted Answer

Growing UK agencies, consultancies and other service businesses whose growth has outgrown informal delivery, including creative, digital, technology and learning/eLearning businesses. Gold is independent and works with any business with a delivery problem.

Question 6

How quickly can you start?

Accepted Answer

Around two weeks from a signed engagement. The first week covers access, branding, tools and context. The second covers shadowing and handover. After that we are operating rather than observing.
